The doors open at 8. We usually get going around 8:15.
This is a drop-in class, and its designed for beginners and people who have little or no experience, but it's also fun for people who have been around tantra for some time. It's very mellow and not terribly sexual. Most of what I present is breath and movement. I'm always happy to talk about the more direct techniques as well.
Just come in clothes that you can move in. Sweat-pants and tee-shirt are perfect. No need to bring anything else.
