I have been developing a holistic community center concept, and I’m looking for some feedback from you, the community, on my ideas. If you’re so inclined to assist my market research, I’d greatly appreciate your responses to the informal survey below. Thank you! Feel free to message me privately.

The concept is a holistic community center preferably located in the south eastern side of Somerville accessible via car, bus and walking distance from the T. The mission of the center is to build community and co-create space for healing and vitality in the city through holistic services and movement education. The services and classes offered at the center hold a common theme: creating vitality through the fusion of mind, body & spirit. The center offers:
1) session/office and classroom space for rent to holistic practitioners (any modality)
2) session/office and studio space for classes and events for rent to movement educators (dance, nia, tai chi, etc.. teachers)
3) opportunities for practitioners and educators to collaborate on events & offerings
4) event and meeting space for rent to groups, troupes and the general public
5) practice space for groups and troupes
6) opportunities for local artisans to show & sell their work
7) ongoing classes & events available for the public
8) books, products, art relevant to the mission for sale to the general public

1) for holistic practitioners & movement educators: how does the idea of collaboration with other service providers sound to you? how likely would you be to want to rent space in a center like this? any other thoughts?
2) for groups & troupes: does this concept have what you are looking for in a practice, event or meeting space? any other thoughts?
